This powerful exhibit of the photographs of Ann P. Meredith is the inaugural exhibit in the gallery of the Radcliffe Institute’s newly renovated Byerly Hall. Meredith’s work has long focused on women and women’s issues.
Meredith’s papers and images were acquired by the Radcliffe Institute’s Schlesinger Library in the Spring of 2008 and document her career as artist, writer, filmmaker, community organizer, performance/installation artist, and, most comprehensively, photographer. Once processed, the Ann P. Meredith Papers will provide researchers with visual and textural documentation of a broad spectrum of women’s lives and women’s issues.
