Emerging Leaders

Dear ELs,
In a minute I will email you the updated list of projects and the people assigned to them. You should also be receiving by email a list of all of the people in the program with their emails. Next to come will be the list of mentors and resource people for each group. That will take a couple of weeks.

There are 24 groups and they range in size from 3 to 6 people. (If you are in a group of six and want to move to a group which now has three, let me know!)

If you don't get the email, let us know that, too.

Just emailed the projects for 110 of you. If there isn't a project letter by your name and you sent in your bid, please email connie@cjrlc.org. If you didn't send in your bid, and you are still planning to participate in the program, please do it now. Look particularly at D, H, I, Q, and DD. The projects are still posted on Leslie's page http://lb.princetonlibrary.org/

You aren't meant to begin work on the projects before MidWinter or before you hear more about them.

To the 8 of you who haven't bid:
It would be very helpful if you would choose H, I, Q or DD. Those need a person or two. The following have their max: C, K, L, CC and GG.

(If you look at the top of the post, you will see that this is Connie Paul writing...) We want the blog to work, but these projects are almost a done deal. By Thursday afternoon we hope to have the first batch of projects assigned to groups. We will be eliminating some of the project choices that aren't selected, and we will be trying to fill up the others. My goal would be to have the process pretty much complete by Monday. Could happen...
